Carey Daly
CEO
Assuming the helm in December 2007, Carey Daly brings new focus and energy to Nacio2’s core mission with credentials as a successful serial-entrepreneur and transitional “turn-around” executive. His business and financial background includes a four-decade management career at IBM, American Standard and other technology companies involving data processing, smart card systems, credit card applications, and software development. He is a former United States Marine Corp Vietnam Veteran and holds a L.L.B. from LaSalle University.

Russell Mains
Director of Operations
Russell Mains is founding member of the NACIO2 Systems technology team, bringing over a decade of professional IT expertise and project management experience. In former roles as Sr. Network Engineer and Network Operations Center Manager, Russ is intimately versed in every area of data center infrastructure, network operations, and technical support. Mr. Mains holds a B.S. in Recording Arts and is a Cisco Certified Network Professional and certified Cisco Network Associate.

Mikol Westling
Director of Research and Development
Mr. Westling has been professionally involved with IT technologies for 16 years. After completing his CNE certification, Mr. Westling worked within the medical, software development, manufacturing, and data center industries with an emphasis on mainframe, multi-tier client server, and SaaS products. Mr. Westling is currently focusing R&D efforts on identifying and implementing new technology applications supporting utility computing and high availability solutions coupled with business continuity/disaster recovery analysis and design. Mr. Westling is nearing completion of his Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Computer Sciences

Clark Heist
Director of Sales and Marketing
Clark Heist brings a uniquely hybrid mix of executive competencies in business-to-business marketing and marketing communications for technology and consumer brands. With twenty years progressive experience at Fortune 100 marketing organizations, branding agencies and interactive studios, he has spearheaded integrated brand marketing strategies, led world-class creative teams, and directed award-winning media programs. Clark holds a M.B.A and a B.F.A. in graphic design.
