- Fault-Tolerant Power:
- N+2 fault-tolerant power delivery system with multiple 2-megawatt diesel generators and N+2 fault-tolerant UPS systems.
- Full Cabinets are provisioned with an AC power strip with 21 outlets and three 20-Amp circuits (60 Amps total); Half Cabinets are provisioned with 7 outlets and one 20-Amp circuit.
- Optional dual-independent AC power sources on separate power grids are available for equipment with dual power cords.

- Network Connectivity:
- NACIO2 delivers multiple Tier-1 upstream Internet feeds via dual-entry OC-48 fiber to the facility.
- BGP routing between multiple upstream Tier-1 Internet providers for fault-tolerant Internet access.
- Redundant, fault-tolerant Gigabit Ethernet network fabric.
- All colocation services include one 100 Mb full-duplex, switched Ethernet feed for network access; additional 100 Mb feeds and Gigabit Ethernet feeds are also available for redundancy or capacity.
- Each cabinet or group of cabinets is allocated a VLAN (virtual local area network) which can also include NACIO2 dedicated Managed Servers.
- No charge for internal, on-LAN network traffic, including backup traffic.
- Carrier-Neutral policy allows Internet feed from any third-party provider per customer preference. Cross-connects for T1, DS3, or Fiber available.
- Facility cross-connects available for POTs (analog line), T1, DS3, and Fiber connections.
